  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

    • Perishable items (e.g., flowers, cakes, mithai, fruits) cannot be reused. If redelivery is requested, PakPigeon.com reserves the right to charge 75–90% of the item’s price to cover costs.

  • Orders with gift items delivered via third-party couriers may arrive separately.
